The situation
BNP Paribas Personal Finance Nordic was moving its deposit accounts from an in-house system to the Vilja deposit platform. Joakim joined after the prestudy, as technical project manager in the Mindstreet team.
What Joakim did
- Designed the user acceptance test strategy for the migration.
- Trained the business users as part of the acceptance testing.
- Introduced data validation to catch discrepancies after the migration.
- Ran budget and timeline follow-ups and vendor management.
What came of it
The cutover in May 2024 went smoothly for customers, who got a new interface announced in advance.
