The situation
Joakim has built the platform behind TermoSense since 2008 and is product owner for it. In 2026 it was being modernised, with 15 years of requests behind it.
What Joakim did
- Triaged 990 tasks from 15 years of requests into the Jira roadmap, dated from measured velocity.
- Linked each fix to the support ticket behind it, from branch, test, tag and go-live to the customer reply.
- Wrote the changelog customers read in the app, in English and Swedish.
What came of it
Over 30 versions of the customer web app went out from May to October 2026, among them self-service password reset.
