The situation
BNP Paribas Personal Finance Nordic needed one e-archive to replace several older archives, and a large body of paper documents made digital. Joakim took it on as technical project manager, as part of the Mindstreet team.
What Joakim did
- Led the tender: six vendors scored in an evaluation matrix, and supplier due diligence on the four main contenders.
- Took the e-archive through the full governance of the group: investment committee, data confidentiality and application impact assessments, and the local and central IT validation committees.
- Directed the digitalisation of the paper documents.
What came of it
The steering committee and the sponsor decided on documented criteria. The move of the paper archives, added midway through the RFP, became part of the same scope.
