The full CV, tailored to what you need

How I work

With people

What counts is that the team succeeds, not who gets the credit. I make sure people have the right tools and room to decide, with as little context switching as possible.

I turn the company goals and the customer needs into a roadmap people can align around.

I work from strategy down to the code, spanner in hand.

“not only project management and governance, but also a deep insight into the technical aspects of IT systems”

Business Analyst, e-archiving project, BNP Paribas PF Nordic

AI, if you want it

I use AI to search regulation, draft and analyse large records. I check every result and record where each statement came from. If your organisation keeps AI away from its material, I work without it.

MetLex: regulation an AI can cite. MetLex grew out of how I work with AI: the model looks up the text of the law and answers from it. I made it a service so I can keep the texts current and add to them without access to the systems of those who use it. In my own test (39 questions, one model, each asked once) it found the right provision in all 36 that the law answers, as web search did, at about a ninth of the token cost and in a third of the time. The model alone named it in 26. metlex.eu

Its library adds what the supervisors say: the Q&As of the European supervisory authorities on DORA and guidance from Finansinspektionen and IMY today, and next their decisions on financial firms, requested as public records and redacted before indexing.

Behind it is a method of my own, and I am adding what advisers learn on assignments.

About me

I have built and run software since 2000. I was lead developer and then senior product manager at Episerver (now Optimizely), CTO at Nord Fondkommission, and head of engineering and product at Bricknode. Since 2022 I have led programmes in regulated finance as a consultant, and I am an associated consultant with Mindstreet in Stockholm.

Alongside that I have built and run, since 2008, the monitoring platform that powers the TermoSense web features for SensiNet, and I built MetLex, a search service over EU and Swedish financial regulation. Mettle AB is my company.

I am also a musician and producer: I played guitar in Soen and produced its albums Cognitive (2012) and Tellurian (2014).
